Peer Facilitators!

Annually, the Spark Change Project team hires a new cohort of high school-age Black and Brown girls to serve in their first professional roles at Peer Facilitators. The Peer Facilitators develop a platform and agenda to testify to local policymakers about issues impacting their communities. Spark Change Project policy priorities have included girls’ mental health, safe and supportive school environments, equity issues, healthy relationships, and others.
